This was our first Easter with Emmalynn. It was so much fun. Aunt J came to visit Saturday. We made cupcakes and colored eggs. Emmalynn was not a fan of the vinegar smell. It was funny to see her scrunch her nose. However, she loves watching the mixer...and Janetta loves the cake batter...so everyone was happy.
Sunday we went to church. When I went to pick Emmalynn up from the nursery she was sitting like a big girl in the floor playing with one of those piano toys. It is just crazy how fast she is changing and growing.
Then, it was of to my grandparents for lunch. We took tons of pictures. I tried setting Emmalynn is the grass in front of some pretty flowers to take some pictures. Yeah, she totally screamed cause the grass was too pricklely (is that a word?). Grandma got her a new summer outfit and sippy cup. Emmalynn is obsessed with cups right now.
We left there and headed home to see my mom who stayed for a couple of days.
Aunt Amber sent Emmalynn a new onsie and socks that are ADORABLE!
Overall, it was a great weekend with lots of family time!
