Then, there was some lounge time with Baba.
This year Emmalynn has been loving 101 Dalmatians. All she talks about it "dogs, dogs, dogs". So, I wanted to throw her the best "Dog" party that I could. Come to find out, this would be more difficult then I thought since 101 Dalmatians isn't out on DVD right now. I searched Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, and many party stores to make this special Dog party complete. I was please with how everything turned out. Aunt Juicy brought some of her stuff Dalmatians from when she was a kid. We made dog bone cookies, had a Dalmatian pinata, and Create Your Own Dog Bowls with stickers.
To help us celebrate, my Fusion group (seminary spouses small group) came with their little ones. Emmalynn has weekly play dates with these kids and I just love the friendships that her and I have been given from this fabulous group of women.

The younger kids didn't know what to think of the pinata. Emma and Emmalynn had no problems taking some swings. However, there were tears by Noah when Aunt Juicy stepped in to help break it open. She decapitated the dog and his body fell to the ground. Noah cried instantly. It was quite comical.

Mamer delivered many musical instruments for Emmalynn to explore with. She loves all the instruments that she uses at Gymboree, and now we play those songs at home.
