One thing that I missed about being in Kentucky is having our family around to celebrate. This year, Matt's Dad, my grandma and grandpa, Janetta, my cousin Monica and her wife Erica, Lauren and family, and Sheena and family all helped us celebrate this special boy!
My mom furnished our house with Steelers galore at Christmas, so that made picking a theme easy.
The day started with surprise birthday pops from daddy. Josiah didn't like it at all!

Sure was fun to play with though.

Then with lunch with Matt's Dad, the grandparents and Janetta. During the kids' nap grandpa wanted to play some cards.
Grandpa always makes me smile.
Janetta and Jennie "really Matt?!"
Matt's "knows" how to play and is telling Janetta
Grandma thought cards was overrated and decided to nap as well. Missie never misses a nap. We LOVE our lil man!
Never did get a pic with all 4 of us. Hoping Sheena can get some at our next photo shoot
Our manly men..Josiah, Bob and Matt
Love sharing life with Lauren and Bob
Our happy boy and Maddie or "Maggie" as Emmalynn calls herKylie and Josiah
Pictured toys provided by Papa (Matt's Dad)
Grandma made one cake and Matt orders the Steelers cake
First taste was a hit!
Clapping with excitement
New car from grandma
New book from Monica and Erica
Here's all the family!!!
We had such a great time celebrating and we thank God for this precious boy he gave us. We felt loved and blessed to have our family and friends (who should be family) here to join in the fun. Great day!
