Birthdays, Spring, Fishing and lots of laughs

The past month or so has been filled with lots of special times.  First there was our dear friend's birthday party.  Emmalynn was thrilled to dress up for the party.  She walked around all dainty and proper.  It really was adorable!

                                     

 Nothing says birthday fun, like a bathtub full of balls!

 Aislyn couldn't wait to put on the pajamas we got her.  She changed before the party was even over.  LOVE IT!

 Matt and I were able to go on a date!  We went to the Persian Night at TU.  We celebrated with friends the new year.

 This is Matt's idea of Persian dancing...I think we have some practicing to do.

 Randomness...Emmalynn loves taking pictures.  She prepared a place for her baby and snapped lots of pictures.

Mother's Fellowship has been such a blessing to me this past year since moving home.  I am thankful for a group of like minded women whom I can share life with.  Sweet Esther Gene turned 90 and we loved celebrating with her.  What an honor to call her my friend.  

 World Cup in the making continues.  Emmalynn is improving greatly during practices and drills.  She really has dribbling down.  Now, during the game, that's another story.  I'm pretty sure she thinks the object of the game is to run into the group of kids flailing her arms and laughing non stop.

                                                Even in the rain we shall play!  Super fun.
                                     

Like father like daughter.  Spring is bringing lots of bonding times for these two.  They have started a garden together.  Emmalynn loves to go out every day and check on her strawberries.  She comes and tells us daily what color they are.  It really has been fun!

 One thing is for sure.  I have a couple of kiddos that would live outside 24/7 if they could.  We spend most of our days outside.  I am thankful for the beautiful weather that has finally arrived.

                                                
 It's taking a while, but Josiah is finally starting to walk with his toy.  He runs as fast as he can and gets mad if anyone tries to help him.
                                                 
Fishing with Daddy!  While I was out of the country Matt took the kids fishing a lot.  Emmalynn has been casting her pole in our front yard for over a month now, so it's fun that she can finally get out there and fish.
